This is a classic chunk of cheese directed by Antonio Margheriti (Cannibal Apocalypse), stars Reb Brown (Strike Commando) as Yor and Corinne Clery (The Humanoid) as his lady friend. Nominated for 3 1984 Razzie awards including Worst Song for "Yor's World"!

When a plane carrying a million dollars in cash crashes, only one person lives through it and knows where it went down. The survivor (Franco Nero) ends up staying and making a living as a shark hunter on an island off the Mexican coast, dreaming of one day recovering the treasure that lies at the bottom of the sea.

There becomes an urgency to recover the loot when corrupt local police officers, thugs, and a CIA agent on "holiday" all learn about the treasure as well. A frenzied battle erupts in the shark infested waters with everyone involved and a fortune at stake.

Enzo G. Castellari (Inglorious Bastards) includes himself in the cast and again directs his pal Franco Nero in this suspense action spectacle, beautifully filmed on exotic location. Although not exactly a legit entry in the "Sharksploitation" sub genre, the film features some of the greatest shark attack sequences ever as well as a phenomenal score by the De Angelis brothers.

Written by some of the greats in Italian cinema including Luigi Cozzi, Sergio Martino, and Dardano Sacchetti, this is one of the bloodiest Jaws rip offs ever made.

When several boats are torn apart and badly mangled corpses are washed ashore, people start wondering why the teeth marks on the bodies don't lead to any known animal.

Several scientists try to save the local population from this shark-like monster that is a genetically-created hybrid of an octopus and a prehistoric proto-shark. Unfortunately its creator is as brutal a killer as his satanic creation and won't even stop at murder to cover its existence.

Locals of a coastal town decide to make a beach just for swimmers but it doesn't take long for a cranky 35 foot great white shark to stake out his territory and seek revenge on the humans.

When the Mayor does nothing to stop the shark attacks its up to the late great Vic Morrow (Twilight Zone) and James Franciscus (Cat O' Nine Tails) to go stop the terror of the water.

Released in the U.S. under the title "Great White" in 1982, this movie was quickly yanked out of theatres when Steven Spielberg and Universal Studios had it barred from distribution due to the blaring similarities to JAWS and JAWS 2.

An ex-cop serves ten years in prison for killing his wife's murderer and upon his release from prison he decides to return to his hometown to escape from his past. On the way back to his home in Georgia, one of his friends gives him a gun that fires grenades, smoke bombs, steel balls, rockets, and several other types of projectiles.

One day, while looking through the scope of his gun, he happens to witness a group of local boys poaching a deer. Upon further investigation, he uncovers a poaching ring run by a man from Hong Kong who is using bits of the animals for Oriental medicines.

He decides to put a stop to the ring but runs into difficulty when people around him begin to die. All the hatered, violence and vengeance he once fought to suppress now cannot be denied - the Blastfighter will have total revenge.

Hailed by some as Lamberto Bava's best, this film was made right before Demons and featured Michele Soavi (Dellamorte Dellamore) in a small role as well as helping out as assistant director.
